3.2  Sale & Monetization of De-Identified Data. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), de-identified data is not considered personal information if it is permanently stripped of identifying details and is subject to technical and legal safeguards against re-identification. Effectiv may use, license, or sell de-identified data for research, analytics, or commercial purposes. If you have concerns about how your personal data is handled before de-identification, you may exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights as outlined in Section 2.6.

4      For All Users (Regardless of Location)
