Why We Started Effectiv
As pharmacists, we repeatedly saw a common challenge in healthcare:
Providers could prescribe a treatment, but they often had limited visibility into what happened afterward.
Patients experienced side effects.
Questions arose between visits.
Medications were abandoned.
Important concerns went unnoticed.
The period between appointments often determines whether a treatment succeeds or fails.
Effectiv was created to bring visibility to that critical period—helping healthcare teams understand patient experiences, identify barriers early, and support better outcomes.

CEO
Anne is a pharmacist with extensive experience in health systems, long-term care, and surgical care. She has a talent for finding efficient ways to connect clinicians and patients - meeting people where they are and helping them improve through education and communication.

Sabrina Garcia, PharmD
Sabrina is a board-certified clinical pharmacist with a deep understanding of the importance of medication adherence. She has a Master of Business Creation from the University of Utah and has successfully launched an entrepreneurial venture in the pet industry.
